I felt compelled to share my experience with a staff member at the Coop City branch in the Bronx, NY. I had been struggling with a billing problem for quite some time and couldn't reach anyone at the corporate office to help me out. Eventually, I was connected with Roxy, who I believe is the manager or possibly a supervisor. After I laid out my situation to her, Ms. Roxy expressed her apologies for the trouble I was experiencing and assured me she would do everything she could to assist in resolving my concerns.

And let me tell you, she delivered on that promise with professionalism. I truly admired her dedication to her customers and the way she provided not just any service, but outstanding service. She really went the extra mile to ensure my issues were taken care of. We need more customer service representatives like her in this world. I'm thrilled to say that all my problems were sorted out thanks to her and Ms. Susan from the corporate office.

What a fantastic team! Huge thanks to both of you. You ladies are definitely keepers.

A year after I canceled my membership, they took hundreds of dollars from my account. I couldn't get a clear answer about what was happening. I did manage to get my money back, but the staff and their practices are just dishonest. Every time I went to the gym, I ran into some kind of problem.

The trainers in Garden City, NY are a complete joke.

Hardly any of them are in good shape, and they all seem like they’d rather be anywhere else during training sessions. Seriously, put down the cell phones while you’re supposed to be training. You should be walking alongside your clients, not strutting 10 feet ahead of them.

This LAURA SPEIRS is the absolute worst. I was actually in a session with her when she walked over and slapped another female trainer right in the face! Can you believe that? Slapping another trainer while she was busy with her client.

P.S. The young ladies at the counter are a joke too.
